A certain summer day, as the cicadas sing loudly. A man with no money and no place to belong tries to end his life, however is unable to take the last step. While wavering between life and death, he sees a gourmet food program on television, and realising he's never once eaten crab in his life decides that "For my last day on this Earth, I'll eat crab". Settings his sights on the wife who lives in a high-class neighbourhood that he happened across in a library, he forces his way into her home. And thus, he demands money from her, however... things go in an unexpected direction.

From Fushichou: When Masachika Ebisu arrives to stay for the first time in a dorm at a remote boarding school in the mountains, his attendant Shibazaki calls on the roommate Wataru Tamon to take care of master Masachika-sama. It's a burden Tamon did not want, but one that he reluctantly embraces even as he realizes he is not acting like himself by doing so. Ebisu is a spoiled cheeky brat, totally inept and a liar, all of which angers and frustrates Tamon to no end. But, there is also a naïve vulnerability to the boy whose only friend up to now has been his servant, Shibazaki. From his fear of thunder that has him crawling into Tamon's bed to his never-ending mentioning of Shibazaki's name, Tamon grows angrier and colder towards the source of his frustration. But, Ebisu wants Tamon to pay attention to him; he wants to get along with his roommate and become best friends. It's so easy for Ebisu to express his feelings freely, unlike Tamon who keeps his growing infatuation for his roommate a secret. But keeping his emotions to himself leads to misunderstandings and hurt feelings. Can the two of them find the courage to tell each other their true feelings before it's too late?

Echo-Pun is a 4koma about Eiko and Haruka, two childhood friends who loved superheroes and pretended to be heroes while playing together. While in grade school, Eiko had to move away, but the two promised to meet up again in high school and become superheroes for real. Haruka grows up into a normal girl, and upon entering high school, she suddenly meets her old friend Eiko. Eiko, however, is wearing a costume, fighting bullies, and calling herself Echo, a superhero. She tries to keep Eiko out of trouble both with the bad guys and with the disciplinary committee president, a girl named Kamikaze Shiori who, for some reason, seems quite interested in Eiko. Can Haruka reclaim her old friend, or will she be dragged back into the world of alter egos, costumes, and justice?
