A request was sent to two manga artists, M and H, from the editorial department of the Ichijinsha comic HOWL. "I would like you to create artwork based on the name (storyboard) for 'SCP,' which is popular on the internet. Additionally, I would like you to draw a manga that serves as an introduction to 'SCP." The two accepted the project, but there were many unknowns about the original name. While tilting his head in confusion, M — who is learning about SCP from H, who is knowledgeable about horror — continues to draw the manga.
