Allegedly, "Mina Tepes has issued a call to all American vampires: once arriving on the West Coast, a ship will transport them to the Vampire Bund." Countless vampires are lured by the prospect of surviving and follow this rumor, making their way to the western coast. Unfortunately, there is a minor snag - the Vampire Bund sank months ago, along with Vampire Queen Mina Tepes.
