Tsubasa Shiina is a fourth grader who just moved to Hokkaido with her father. Shy Tsubasa has a hard time making new friends at school. Her father is concerned, but he's just too busy with his new job. He even shows up late on Parents' Day. One night, Tsubasa sees a strange-looking object falling from the sky. Is it a spaceship!? It falls right into the woods by her house. It turns out to be a wounded alien in a damaged spaceship. All of a sudden, a monster starts coming at Tsubasa! Tsubasa suddenly transforms into "Figure." Confused and afraid, she somehow manages to defeat the monster with her new unbelievable power. After the fight, Tsubasa sees a girl who looks just like her--the girl's name is Hikaru!

As the red blood people were enslaved, Kodo saw what monstrosity his Haguruma was being used for. Helpless red blood people were being hunted down and murdered. Overwhelmed by guilt, Kodo rescued the refugee red bloods and refused to build any more machines. The story of a guy named Tokio, who's a descendant of a legendary family of youma (demon) fighters. He has the ability to freeze time because of the youma he has in his eye, Catoblepas. One day, he encounters a girl who became a target of a demon. Tokio, with his eye, will try to prevent the girl from becoming another victim of a string of mysterious events that have occured in the town as of late. Neko Ramen is a Japanese four-panel comic strip manga. The comedy centers around a cat (Taishou) and his encounters while running a ramen shop. Taishou is the entrepreneurial ramen chef and sole proprietor of Neko Rahmen, the only restaurant in Tokyo run by a cat! His primary goal is to make money and expand his ramen business, with a secondary plan of customer satisfaction, or at least entertainment… Mr. Tanaka is a Japanese business man who is the only regular customer at Neko Rahmen, despite rarely receiving a decent meal. Mr. Tanaka plays the straight-man to the easily excitable and scheming Taishou. He is extremely diplomatic and polite, and will try to intervene to soothe Taishou when he gets agitated.
Released in 1983 by Shueisha, this volume brings together two special one-shots of Masami Kurumada published in previous years. The manga also includes six chapters of Sukeban Arashi, which had not been added to the previously released two volumes of this series.
