This individual has many faces and descriptions, but his/her legend has lived continuously in the hearts and minds of the people for half a century. No one knows where this legend started or who started it. Here starts a chronicle to unveil the mysteries of a legend.

It is said… “in a country torn by factions and transformed into a devastating and cruel hell, the heavens sought peace by sending a composed, well-loved young man of impeccable and divine virtues.” Well, well. In truth… He is a childish man.
The psychic comedy follows an ordinary (virgin) high school boy named Yoshirō "Yocchan" Kamogawa. His life changes overnight when he wakes up with the ability to read other people's minds. Yoshirō is not the only one to gain powers in his town. Teru-oichan, an (apparently virgin) worker at a café near Yoshirō's school, gains telekinesis — but he uses it for sex toys. Yōsuke Enomoto, a (probably virgin) senior and former basketball player at Yoshirō's high school, gains teleportation — but only while naked.
The story centers around Higashiyama Haruto, a high school teacher, whose dearest wish is to be killed by a high school girl.
[From Anime News Network]: In Shinjuku Kabuki-Cho, the biggest sin town in Japan, there are two crazy guys. Ichi is a coward and a wimp, but once he breaks into tears, he turns into a human weapon. With great martial arts skill and a blade hidden in his boots, he butchers a bunch of enemies into mincemeat in the blink of an eye. His arch enemy is Kakihara, a yakuza boss who's tired of everything, including himself. Only when he pierces, cuts, and burns his own and other people's bodies does he feel that he is alive. Warning: Very graphic content.

Ayano-san is a beautiful housewife with a son, Yuusei, who doesn't seem to approve of her carefree ways. Always smiling and well-meaning, Ayano-san still finds a way to make herself an object of curiosity and appreciation by passing people. "Bimajyo" (literally beautiful witch) is a term apparently used in Japan to describe a woman older than 35 or so who has retained her great beauty, almost as if by magic. So it doesn't mean she's a witch or the series will pivot to that genre in the future.
