Suddenly, in a split second, the once perfect circle of the moon is shattered, leaving it in a permanent crescent. Shockingly, a yellow tentacled creature claims responsibility for the explosion and warns that it will do the same to the Earth in a year's time. The creature demands a teaching position at a prestigious school, Kunugigaoka Junior High.
