Highschool of the Dead is set in present day Japan, starting as the planet is hit with a fatal pandemic that turns people into zombies, euphemistically referred to from the primary characters as "Them" (?? Yatsura?). The storyline follows a number of highschool students (as well as the college nurse) as they cope using a world-wide catastrophic event called the "Outbreak". They also have to confront the further risks of social fall, in the kind of dangerous survivors, and the potential decay of their particular moral codes as the cast attempts to survive the zombie apocalypse. Beginning in the HS, the pupils getaway into town at the place where they have to cope with his pupils and a tainted teacher. They get a dog as well as a small girl, and assess for survivors in their houses. Afterwards, they finally make their way to an elementary-school which is allegedly a secure zone, go through a police station, and last in a shopping center.

The Myth of the Laurel Tree: The story makes references to the story between Apollo and a nymph he met in Greek mythology, although this information is not required to enjoy the it. Laurel (*hint, hint) and her younger sister are supposed to go to Egypt for another one of her "stone-collecting" vacations. However, things take an unexpected turn as soon as she meets a young man named Apollo (*hint, hint) who, in many girls eyes, may be too beautiful for words. For example, instead of being on a plane to Egypt, as she originally planned, the plane is hijacked by two odd terrorists to change course to Greece--even though that is already the intended destination! To makes things even weirder, the two hijackers' names are Cupid and Pan. What's going on?
Tenshin Ranman is a manga adapted from the Yuzu-Soft visual novel of the same name. The story revolves around Chitose Haruki, a high-school student who has had immense misfortune ever since his childhood. He lives with his grandfather and his little sister, Sana, who constantly worries about his well-being more than he himself does. Due to Haruki’s bad luck, Yamabuki Aoi, his childhood friend, often gives him charms of various kinds. Haruki lives a normal (and unfortunate) life, until one day Sana finds a mysterious package delivered to their house. The package contains a deity named Unohana no Sakuya Hime, who claims that Haruki’s bad luck is a form of divine punishment his bloodline inherited. She promises to shield Haruki from it, and starts living with him.
From SCX-Scans Dousei Recipe is done by the same mangaka as Mel Kano. It tells the story of a couple, both very innocent and in love with each other, who are now living together! Takeshi is a pure-hearted college student who is enticed by his girlfriend that has run away to live with him. Temptations ensue.
