The protagonist of the story is Eun-soo Cha. She has harbored a deep-seated grudge against her mother ever since the latter abandoned her. This series, a joint projects between the rising star Nakamura Asumiko and renowned director of Shoujo Kakumei Utena Ikuhara Kunihiko, weaves a strange, surreal, and often dark comedy resplendent with ruffles and lace.
