Based on the anime of the same name, a variety of authors and artists write a large offering of short stories starring the various characters featured in the anime. The stories range from being lovingly heartfelt, packed full of comedy and gags or being downright evil or messed up sometimes!Note: These are NOT doujin. Another detective agency just opened in the same building as Ukai, and the new detective is his old high school classmate, who insists on helping Ukai despite his protest. His classmate has always been standoff-ish back in school, so is there an ulterior motive why he's showing up now? --------- A new detective has set up an agency right next to Ukai's own and it turns out to be none other than his old high school classmate, Kondou aka Chikamichi. Easily eluding all of Ukai's protests, Chikamichi by bit helps with Ukai's commissions until he starts to nonchalantly begins to stay around Ukai. Back in high school,Chikamichi had placed a bit of distance,between Ukai and himself, which shocked Ukai a bit. What could be the reason for Chikamichi's reappearance in Ukai's life...?

The story opens with Syaoran and Watanuki communicating via Mokona, and it picks off exactly from xxxHolic Rei's chapter 38. Syaoran had contacted Watanuki to retrieve some items that were unavailable in his world, that he needed for his quest. To achieve this task, Watanuki had travelled to a world where both the shop and Yuko existed. For him to live in such a world would have created a paradox (since he is now the "Owner" of the shop), so he needed to be "his old self", by forgetting his memories and taking Doumeki and Himawari's memories with him. Syaoran realizes that this request had given Watanuki pain and apologizes for it. He chose to forget but eventually he remembered everything. Watanuki knew she wasn't the real Yuko, so he chose to leave her.

Even though this is a sequel to To-Love-Ru, all of our main characters make an appearance along with some new additions. Rito continues to be caught in over the top uncensored ecchi scenarios. The alien Deviluke sisters still use their unique abilities to grab Rito's love confession. Nana and Momo have transferred into the school and meet Mea, who seems to be a worry free and joyful girl. Momo in particular wants to share Rito and create a harem for him. While scheming her plan, she confronts Golden Darkness also known as Yami. They are interrupted by possessed students who begin to fight with abnormal strength. Now the new plot line appears as a mysterious person who's in control of the students tests Yami's assassination skills. Who is this new enemy?
