From ANN: An autobiographical work in which Hideo Azuma tells the story of his inability to cope with the pressures of his job as a mangaka and of his exeriences with alcoholism. The work is split into three sections, each of which details one of Azuma's breakdowns. The first section (Walking At Night) is set in 1989 when Azuma suddenly walked out on both his job and his family and became homeless for the first time. Much of this section is given over to describing the practicalities of eating, sleeping, and killing time whilst homeless. The second section (Walking Around Town) covers a similar set of events in 1992 but this time Azuma managed to find labouring work as a gas pipe layer after a period of living rough. This section also looks back over Azuma's career and describes the pressures he worked under in the 1970s and 80s. The third section (Alcoholic Ward) covers the author's descent into full-blown alcoholism and his experiences of being committed to a hospital rehab programme in 1998.

Consists of a collection of short stories. [From Shoujo Magic]: Story 1 - Because You Smile When I Sing The pop band vocalist, Atsushi, has always been thought of by others as a "scary person" because of the facial expression he was born with and his disinclination to speak. She was so lovely that she was called "Snow White," but she was also called "Storm Black" because she was a sadistic slave driver! King Hiruto, Queen Phia, and General Tooya knew they had to do something about her behavior, so they hired Hunter Yang to kill her!? But she escaped, with Hunter Yang as her hostage, and went on an adventurous journey to find a hot knight to be her ultimate love!

Very very funny, if you keep a cat, you identifies with everything the comic's trying to tell you. Note: Volumes of the original edition are "numbered" according to the Iroha poem, rather than with actual numbers. (That is, い ろ は に ほ へ と ち り ぬ る を (i ro ha ni ho he to chi ri nu ru wo) instead of 1-12.)
